Come learn from a panel of researchers about why they use text mining, what sorts of research questions it supports, and what types of scholarship can arise from such methods. You’ll hear from Amelia Ying Qin, An Wang Postdoctoral Fellow in the Fairbank Center for Chinese Studies; Cole Crawford, Humanities Research Computing Specialist in Arts and Humanities Research Computing (DARTH); and Stephen Osadetz, Assistant Professor of English.
