“Ah humanity!” features the work of artists Ernst Karel, Véréna Paravel, and Lucien Castaing-Taylor and reflects on the fragility and folly of humanity in the age of the Anthropocene. The HU Committee on the Arts is sponsoring the week-long event, in which a single channel of video exposed on the exterior facade of the Science Center and four channels of sound will be projected into the Plaza. Artist Ernest Karel will mix the film’s soundtrack live on the Plaza on select evenings throughout the week.

In addition to the installation, the Reischauer Institute of Japanese Studies will host a roundtable discussion on April 13 (Wednesday) from 6:00 – 7:30 pm in the Belfer Case Study Room (S020) of CGIS South.
